Kristen Dolle is a natural born leader with an obsession for profound moments and pushing limits. As the visionary Founder and CEO of Pink Brick House, she drives all aspects of corporate growth, including strategic planning, creative development and brand partnering.

With a diverse background in fashion and advertising, Kristen has developed creative for a wide range of demographics in different capacities. She began her career at teen mega-brands Delia’s (Alloy Inc.) and Teen Vogue, where she gained invaluable insight into targeting millennials through fashion and lifestyle. In addition, she coordinated marketing and PR efforts for an independent fashion company and assisted stylists on various music videos and photo shoots.

After three years in fashion, Kristen moved to R/GA, recently named Digital Agency of the Decade, where she contributed writing, thinking and cultural expertise to the global re-launch of the L’Oreal Paris website. In 2008, she expanded her strategic, marketing skills by joining the legendary, direct-response firm, Wunderman, again leveraging her cultural expertise and authentic voice to create impactful conversations for a variety of domestic and global brands, including Citibank, Dell, Kimberly Clark and Nationwide Insurance. A year later, she was honored with the Lester Wunderman “Curiosity in Life” Award, an accolade recognizing excellence and achievement in the advertising/marketing industry coupled with unique contributions to society as a whole.

Today, Kristen is an active member of a variety of professional organizations dedicated to the advancement of women in media including New York Women in Communications, SheSays, Ladies Lotto and Web2Fem. She remains connected to her alma mater, the renowned New York University, where she received her B.S. in Media, Culture and Communication in 2008, as part of its Young Alumni Leadership Circle and as an alumni mentor to NYU Women in Communications. She also continues her international volunteer efforts, in which she improves poor communities by helping youth make their mark in the world.
